What arrives after you send the form
During working hours, a call back from the booking desk, usually the same day. Outside them, the first thing the next working morning. The call fills any gaps: how many bathrooms, how long since the last thorough clean, pets, parking, and for a business the floor area, restrooms and the hours the space is empty.
Next, a written price. It names the service, lists the checklist, gives one flat figure for the visit and shows the 6% Kentucky sales tax separately. Add-ons such as an oven or fridge interior appear as their own lines, so you can drop any of them.
Once you accept, we confirm a date with a cleaning team that covers your ZIP code and send you that date in writing. Business jobs may involve a walkthrough before the price is final.
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price, and there is no charge for the quote. If the property turns out to be very different on the day, the team stops and we call you before anything further is charged.
Phone line never clocks out. Cleaning visits Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
