1. Data taken in
The quote form records your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service selected and any text typed into the details field. A phone call records the calling number, the time, and the details you give the automated receptionist; the call may be recorded, and a notice plays at the start. The chat window keeps the messages exchanged and any contact details you type into it.
2. Purpose
That data is used to prepare a price, schedule the cleaning, give the assigned cleaning team the address and the checklist, invoice the job and respond to complaints. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
3. Recipients
The independent cleaning team assigned to your booking receives your name, address, access instructions and the job details. Service providers that run our phone line, the chat window, form delivery and invoicing process the data on our behalf under their own security terms. Nothing is sold or rented to anyone.
4. Chat window
The chat on this site is run for us by an outside software provider. Details you leave in it reach us in the same way as a form request, and your browser keeps a copy of recent chats for up to 30 days so a conversation can resume.
5. Analytics and cookies
Visits are counted with cookie-free analytics that record page views and referrers without building a profile of you. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics tags are placed on this site.
6. Retention and your requests
Booking and invoice records are held for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries that never became a booking are deleted sooner. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email hello@cleanridgehome.com; to decline call recording, say so when the call begins. The site is intended for adults arranging cleaning, and data from anyone under 18 is not knowingly collected.
