How is a janitorial contract priced?
Per visit or per month, from a written task schedule that reflects the building's square footage, restrooms, floor types and traffic. The 6% Kentucky sales tax is shown separately.
Can we change the schedule later?
Yes. If the building's use changes, we walk it again and rewrite the scope.
Who do we call if something was missed?
Call (502) 461-8069. We log it, speak to the team and arrange for the item to be redone on the next visit or sooner.
Do you clean warehouses?
We clean the office, restroom and break-room areas of warehouses. Industrial floor cleaning of the warehouse floor is quoted separately where available.
