Recurring house cleaning in Louisville

A standing appointment so the kitchen, bathrooms and floors never get far behind. Same day of the week, same checklist, and the same team whenever their calendar allows.

What a regular visit covers

A recurring visit is maintenance. It keeps surfaces at the level a deep clean left them, so each visit is shorter and cheaper than a one-off. The list below is the standard one; add or swap items when you book.

RoomEvery visitRotated through the month
KitchenCounters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances, microwave inside, floorCabinet fronts, backsplash grout, top of the fridge
BathroomsToilet, tub or shower, vanity, mirror, floor, empty trashShower door tracks, exhaust fan cover, baseboards
BedroomsDust reachable surfaces, make beds or change linens left out, vacuumUnder-bed vacuuming, blinds, light switches
Living areasDust, straighten cushions, vacuum rugs and carpet, mop hard floorsCeiling fan blades, window sills, door frames

Mirrors and fixtures are polished dry so no streaks are left behind.
Fresh vacuum lines across a bedroom carpet beside a neatly made bed
Carpets are vacuumed last, on the way out of each room.

Picking the interval

Every two weeks is the most common choice in Louisville households with kids or pets: the house never reaches the point where a visit has to start with an hour of catch-up. Weekly suits big families, shedding dogs and people who host often. Monthly works for a tidy one- or two-person home where the main goal is bathrooms and floors done properly. Our guide to choosing an interval goes through the trade-offs.

The first visit is longer

Unless the house had a thorough clean recently, the first recurring visit is booked as a deep clean or as an extended first visit. That resets build-up on baseboards, grout and appliances so the regular price can hold afterwards.

Skipping a visit is fine with notice. Tell us two working days ahead and nothing is charged for the skipped slot.

Questions about recurring cleaning

Will the same cleaner come every time?

We book the same team for your slot whenever they are available. If they are off sick or on holiday we tell you before sending someone else, and the replacement works from the same written checklist.

Can I change the day later?

Yes. Call and we will move the slot to the closest day that a team near you has open.

Do you clean on Saturdays?

Recurring visits run Mon–Fri 7:30–5:30 · Sat 9–2. Saturday mornings fill first, so ask early if that is the only day that works.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. The arrangement continues until you tell us to stop; two working days' notice before the next visit is all we ask.
